It’s Baseball Shabbat! 

Come to Opening Day at Sha’ar Zahav on Friday, April 16. First pitch is at 7:30 pm for our first ever Baseball Shabbat.

Come out to Bimah Ball Park and watch “boy-is-he-out-in-left field” veteran Michael Tyler and “she-never-gets-past-first base” rookie Hershey Hirschkop pitch some shalom simchah at you. Wear your team hats, shirts, colors, gloves and cups. Don’t be left on base - find out just what baseball and Judaism have in common (besides a lot of really bad puns).
