Queering the Siddur – with Visiting Rabbi Elliot Kukla

Come and learn about the history, philosophy and spiritual significance of the prayers in our Siddur (prayer book) and examine them from a queer perspective.  We will also discuss the need for composing new prayers to celebrate LGBTIQ lives and try our hand at writing some. No prior experience is necessary. You can attend all five classes or just one session on a topic that particularly interests you (we will be posting the topics here each week.)
